This site provides information about Neatspace Commercial Cleaning Pty Ltd (ABN 16 696 272 652). You can use it to learn about our services and request a quote. Don't use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation or send false or harmful information.
Quotes and service agreements
Prices on this site are a guide. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing after a site visit. Your written scope and quote set out the agreed tasks, frequency, price and payment terms. A website enquiry doesn't create a cleaning agreement.
Price-beat conditions
Our 10% price beat applies to regular scheduled cleaning for the same scope and frequency, confirmed at a free site visit. Your current cleaner's written quote or invoice must be from a registered business and dated within the last 60 days. One-off and specialist cleans are excluded. The minimum charge is $79 + GST per visit.
Liability and your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights or guarantees that can't lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. These website terms don't replace the terms of your written cleaning agreement.
NSW law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to NSW courts and any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
